G â€“ Prov GMS (SE - SPECIAL) is an organic molecule used as an emulsifier. G â€“ Prov GMS is available in white, odorless, and sweet-tasting flake / powder that is hygroscopic. It is a glycerol ester of stearic acid. It occurs naturally in the body as a by-product of the breakdown of fats, and is also found in fatty foods.
G â€“ Prov GMS (SE - SPECIAL) is largely used in baking preparations to add "body" to the food. It is responsible for giving ice cream and whipped cream its smooth texture. It is sometimes used as an anti-staling agent in bread. As well as, it is using in toffees & chocolates as one of the key ingredients.
As well as, G â€“ Prov GMS (SE - SPECIAL) has using as an emulsifier in various products just like toffees, chocolates, ice-creams, frozen desserts, cakes, cookies, cheese spread and lubricant for pasta, Coffee Whitener, Chewing Gum, Bakeries Yeast, Confectioneries, Malted drinks etcâ€¦
